Booking Terms
Effective date: 23 August 2026
1. Inquiry and confirmation
Sending a Request a Date form is an inquiry only. It does not create a booking or any obligation to pay. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written acceptance of our proposal and make any required payment by the stated due date.
2. Included services
Only the services described in the written proposal are included in your booking. This covers the selected plan, duration, locations, the number of edited photos, and any optional film that is clearly stated.
3. Excluded costs
Unless we clearly agree otherwise in writing, the following are not included: transport, admission fees, venue or location fees, permits, attire, hair and makeup, food, and any other personal expenses. Guests are responsible for using public transport or licensed taxis and paying these costs directly.
4. Route and location limits
Routes and locations may change due to weather, crowds, events, safety, permissions, or local rules. While we plan carefully, we cannot guarantee exact access, views, or specific backgrounds at any location.
5. Payment
The price, applicable tax, payment method, and due date will be stated in your written proposal. Please follow those terms. We do not provide online checkout on this site for bookings.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
Your proposal will state the applicable cancellation and rescheduling schedule, including any fees or deadlines. In cases of severe weather, safety concerns, or events beyond reasonable control, we may need to reschedule, adjust the route, or in some cases cancel the session.
7. Late arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to fit within the remaining time. Extra time is not guaranteed and may not be possible due to other bookings or conditions.
8. Delivery
Edited image files are delivered digitally. Any preview and final delivery timing will follow the plan confirmed in your proposal. RAW image files are not delivered.
9. Copyright and personal use
The photographer retains copyright in all images. Guests receive personal-use rights, such as sharing with friends and family or on personal social media. Any commercial use requires our prior written permission.
10. Publicity consent
Use of images in our portfolio, on our website, in advertising, or on social media requires your separate, clear opt-in consent. You are free to refuse publicity consent, and refusal does not affect the service you receive.
11. Conduct and safety
We may refuse or stop a session if requests are unlawful, dangerous, disruptive, or conflict with local rules, property policies, or public safety. We will always prioritize the safety and respect of guests and the public.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to direct and reasonably foreseeable loss arising from our services. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, such as transport delays, weather, or actions of third parties.
13. Governing law
These Booking Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Japanese court, unless mandatory law requires a different approach.
14. Operator
